We will host a parent's night out on Friday, October 29th and Saturday, October 30th from 7:00 pm – 11:00 pm. We would like to encourage all of the boys' team members 13 years of age and younger to sign up as it will be great fun for everyone. You can sign up at the front desk.
We need 4 parents to volunteer and serve as a representative for their level. We need one person from the following levels: Level 4, Level 5 & 6, Level 7 & 8, and Level 9 & 10. The Level rep will coordinate the concessions for their individual level. Please email me if you are interested.
This is just a reminder that the 1st meet fee payment was due on Thursday, October 14th. Please turn in your payment as soon as possible.

I am still missing quite a few of the forms that were handed out at the parent meetings. The following forms need to be turned in as soon as possible: medical release form, volunteer form, gymnast information form, and team handbook acknowledgement form.
After the team directory has been updated we will post it in a password protected location on the website for easy access to all team parents. At that time we will email the password out to everyone.

We will be doing a Honey Baked Ham Fundraiser during the months of November and December. More details to follow.
We are planning on entering the Junior Team Cup and the Senior Team Cup at the Brian Babcock Invitational this year. The team cup takes place on Friday, however we are only allowed to enter 5 juniors and 6 seniors in the team cup competition, the rest of our athletes will compete on Saturday. We will let you know sometime next week if your athlete will compete in the team cup or in the Level 9 & 10 competition. Also, I've been told that airfares to Philadelphia are really cheap right now. Last year a lot of people flew into Philadelphia which is about an hour or so from Allentown.
We are still in need of a parent volunteer to step up and take the meet director position this year. If anyone is interested please contact me.
